SUNMAX vs BEILOCKERY Floor Scrubber
Cleaning Width
The BEILOCKERY features an 18-inch cleaning path, while the SUNMAX offers a 14-inch brush width. A wider path covers more floor area per pass, which can reduce the time needed for large commercial spaces like warehouses or big retail floors. The SUNMAX 14-inch design is narrower, making it easier to maneuver in tighter areas such as offices, cafés, or boutique shops. If your priority is covering ground quickly in open spaces, the BEILOCKERY provides a clear advantage with its broader sweep. For navigating around obstacles or in confined zones, the SUNMAX width may be more practical. Both machines handle hard floors effectively, but the coverage difference is significant for daily efficiency.
Tank Capacity
The SUNMAX includes a complete scrubber-dryer system with a 3-gallon solution tank and a 4-gallon recovery tank. This allows you to wash, rinse, and vacuum up dirty water in a single pass without needing a separate vacuum. The BEILOCKERY data does not list tank capacities, indicating it is likely a dry scrubber or buffer without integrated water recovery. If you need to remove standing water or wet soil, the SUNMAX is the only choice here. The BEILOCKERY is better suited for dry polishing, buffing, or waxing tasks where water is not used. For comprehensive wet cleaning and drying, the SUNMAX tanks provide a distinct operational advantage.
Motor Power
The BEILOCKERY is equipped with a 1100W pure copper motor designed for high-speed rotation and long-term continuous operation. This high power supports strong torque on its 18-inch path, helping it handle tough stains or deep polishing needs. The SUNMAX specifications do not explicitly list motor wattage, though it is a corded unit designed for commercial maintenance. Higher wattage generally translates to better performance on heavily soiled surfaces or when using heavy pads. The BEILOCKERY’s specified power gives it an edge for demanding buffing or polishing jobs. The SUNMAX focuses more on the scrubbing and drying process rather than high-speed surface polishing.
Display and Diagnostics
The SUNMAX features a digital LCD display screen that shows machine working status and error codes. This allows for quick diagnosis of malfunctions, helping you minimize downtime by identifying issues immediately. The BEILOCKERY data does not mention any display or diagnostic screen. Without a display, you may need to rely on physical indicators or manual troubleshooting if the BEILOCKERY encounters a problem. The LCD screen on the SUNMAX adds a layer of convenience for maintenance and operational monitoring. For users who value real-time feedback and easy error checking, the SUNMAX display is a practical advantage.
Build and Weight
The SUNMAX weighs 116 pounds and measures 27.6 x 18.2 x 41.4 inches, providing a stable base for scrubbing and drying tasks. The BEILOCKERY is described as having an aluminum main bracket for lightness, with dimensions of 25.6 x 48 x 18.1 inches. The BEILOCKERY’s aluminum construction suggests it is lighter and easier to reposition manually, which can be beneficial for staff who need to move the machine frequently. The SUNMAX is heavier, which may offer more stability during operation but requires more effort to transport. If ease of handling and portability are key, the BEILOCKERY’s lighter build is preferable.
