The Purilitzs T382 22-Inch Walk-Behind Scrubber offers a 22-inch cleaning width and large tanks for continuous commercial use. If you are searching for purilitzs t382 22 walk behind commercial alternatives, you may need different specs or form factors. This machine features a cordless design and 550W brushless motor, but its 300-pound weight and 42-inch length may not fit every facility layout.

We selected these alternatives because their specifications overlap with the original product. You might prefer a self-propelled model to reduce physical strain or a ride-on scrubber for larger warehouses. Other options offer different tank capacities, motor types, or maneuverability features. This guide compares seven commercial floor scrubbers that share the 22-inch cleaning width standard. Each option targets specific operational needs, from tight access points to high-speed daily routes. You can choose based on your facility size, floor type, and operator comfort requirements.

How Each Alternative Compares

SUNMAX 22-Inch Self-Propelled Commercial Scrubber

The SUNMAX 22-Inch Self-Propelled Scrubber adds motor assistance to reduce physical strain, which the Purilitzs T382 lacks. It is slightly wider at 23 inches and heavier at 370 pounds, making it less maneuverable in tight aisles. You gain easier operation for long corridors but lose the compact 300-pound footprint of the T382. This model suits facilities prioritizing operator comfort over lightweight portability. It remains a walk-behind unit, so you still push it, but the self-propulsion feature helps maintain consistent speed across large hard floors without extra effort.

PENNONCLEAN 22-Inch Ride-On Floor Scrubber

The PENNONCLEAN 22-Inch Ride-On Floor Scrubber shifts from walk-behind to ride-on operation, significantly changing how you use the machine. It is much wider at 56.3 inches and taller at 55.9 inches, requiring more space to turn and operate. While the T382 is compact at 42 inches long, this unit covers ground faster for large warehouses. You gain operator comfort and speed but sacrifice the ability to clean in narrow aisles or doorways. It is best for open, expansive commercial spaces where maneuverability in tight spots is not a primary concern.

Purilitzs 22-Inch Walk-Behind Commercial Floor Scrubber

The Purilitzs PX7 22-Inch Walk-Behind Scrubber is nearly identical in size to the T382, measuring 43 inches long and 300 pounds. It shares the 22-inch cleaning width and commercial form factor. The main difference lies in its heavy-duty designation and potentially different internal motor specifications, though external dimensions remain consistent. You get a similar footprint for tight spaces but may prefer the PX7 for its specific heavy-duty build. It is a direct alternative for those who want the same walk-behind convenience with a different model variant from the same brand.

SUNMAX 22-Inch Ride-On Floor Scrubber

The SUNMAX RT70 22-Inch Ride-On Scrubber is a heavy-duty option weighing 400 pounds, significantly heavier than the 300-pound T382. It features a 52-inch length and 48-inch height, offering a larger profile for stability and tank capacity. You trade the compact walk-behind design for ride-on efficiency, which is better for covering large areas quickly. This machine suits facilities needing long runtime and high capacity in warehouses. It is not suitable for tight spaces due to its size, making it a specialized choice for open commercial floors rather than general-purpose cleaning.

SUNMAX 22-Inch Lithium Ride-On Scrubber

The SUNMAX RT70+ Ride-On Scrubber mirrors the RT70 in size, weighing 375 pounds with a 52-inch length. It offers cordless ride-on cleaning, differing from the T382’s walk-behind, battery-powered design. You gain operator comfort and potentially longer runtime for large facilities. The trade-off is the loss of compact maneuverability, as the 48-inch height and 25-inch width require more space. It is ideal for large commercial spaces where tank capacity and cordless operation are prioritized over the ease of moving a lighter, walk-behind unit through narrow aisles.

AIOLITH 22-Inch Micro Ride-On Scrubber

The AIOLITH AF2225 22-Inch Micro Ride-On Scrubber is designed for tight access points, yet it weighs 410 pounds, heavier than the T382. It is shorter at 40 inches long but taller at 25 inches, with a 26-inch width. You gain a compact ride-on footprint for facilities with limited space, contrasting with the T382’s 42-inch length. This model suits operators needing long runtime in warehouses with tight access. It offers a different form factor that balances ride-on efficiency with a smaller physical profile, though it requires more power to move due to its weight.
