How each alternative compares
Seaiyomg Hoover Powerdash Clean Water Tank
The Seaiyomg option offers a white tank instead of the CG model's transparent finish. Both share the same 440012802 model number, ensuring direct compatibility with Hoover Powerdash units. This white version is a practical choice if you prefer opaque plastic or need to replace a tank that has become cloudy with age. It serves as a straightforward fix for leaks without adding unnecessary features. You get a durable replacement that restores water holding capability. If the transparent look of the original is not essential, this white alternative provides a clean, functional upgrade for your carpet cleaner.
Selgo Hoover Powerdash Pet Clean Water Tank
The Selgo tank differs significantly in weight and color. While the CG tank is transparent, this alternative is black and weighs 14.9 ounces. This specific weight specification helps you understand the handling characteristics compared to the standard CG part. It is designed as a lightweight replacement for Hoover Powerdash Pet models, ensuring a secure fit without extra bulk. If you value a lighter component that is easy to remove and refill, this black tank is a suitable choice. It maintains the necessary structural integrity for daily use while offering a distinct aesthetic difference from the original transparent CG unit.
FIX Zhang 12-Inch Nylon Orbital Carpet Brush
This item is a 12-inch nylon orbital carpet brush, not a water tank. It is intended for Oreck Orbiter floor machines, not Hoover Powerdash units. The model 237049 Black Nylon Carpet Brush serves a completely different maintenance need. If you are looking for a replacement part for your Hoover Powerdash, this brush is not compatible. It is only relevant if you own an Oreck Orbiter and need to maintain its cleaning heads. Do not select this item if your goal is to repair the water tank system of a Hoover cleaner. It addresses mechanical cleaning rather than fluid management.
